Josh Griffin, MD
Dr. Griffin is from Philadelphia, MS and is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology. He is a graduate of the UMC Medical School and Urology Residency program and completed a 2 year fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of Kansas. While in Kansas, he developed expertise in Robotic Prostatectomy for the treatment of prostate cancer. Dr. Griffin is one of the only Urologists in the state of MS with a fellowship in Urologic Oncology. He will also treat benign prostate enlargement, low testosterone, male and female incontinence and general urology conditions. Dr. Griffin sees patients at our Oxford and Batesville offices.
Brent Hardin, MD
Dr. Hardin is from Greenwood, MS and sees patients in our Oxford, Grenada, and New Albany locations. He is also a graduate of UMC Medical School and completed his Urology Residency at the University of Tennessee- Knoxville. Board Certified as well, Dr. Hardin has special expertise in Robotic Partial Nephrectomy and surgery for Kidney Cancer. He spends most of his time on General Urology but has additional training in the evaluation and treatment of Male Infertility and female reconstruction for pelvic prolapse and incontinence. He also treats men and women for common bladder and prostate issues. Dr. Hardin has great experience with the Urolift procedure for BPH with over 165 cases and counting.
Land Renfroe, MD
Dr. Renfroe also Graduated from UMC School of Medicine and his Internship and Residency was completed in Jackson as well. Dr. Renfroe established Oxford Urology Associates in 2004 and has done a little bit of everything in Urology since settling in North Mississippi. Dr. Renfroe has focused his practice now on the minimally invasive treatment of benign urologic conditions, such as urinary incontinence, BPH, and kidney stones. An early adopter of Urolift for BPH and the Interstim device for urinary incontinence, Dr. Renfroe has established himself as a national expert in Interstim. He sees patients in our Oxford and Grenada offices.
Jordan Windham, MD
Dr. Windham is from Rolling Fork, MS and recently finished his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in July 2018. Jordan also graduated from UMC School of Medicine. He is Board Eligible having passed his written board examination by the American Board of Urology with the Oral Examination scheduled for the spring of 2020. His interests include bladder cancer, endourology (minimally invasive treatment of kidney stones), advanced surgery for urologic cancers, laparoscopy and robotic urology, in addition to the treatment of noncancerous conditions of the male and female urinary tract. Dr. Windham sees patients in our Oxford and New Albany locations.

Jason Melton, NP
